Mortgage Originator Directory

We have a growing directory of mortgage originators across all bank distribution channels (mortgage brokers, mobile bank representatives, and branch bank representatives).  Our goal is to have individual mortgage originators represented in each province of Canada.  Using the open marketplace concept, every mortgage originator either voluntarily registered in our directory or was involuntarily registered by someone in his/her community that recommended his/her service (e.g. past client).

Registered mortgage originators are encouraged to participate actively in the website’s social media to help educate the consumer on the many products and options available to them.  They are also encouraged to build their profile and obtain our badge of honour – MortgageResource.ca Certification.  To qualify, mortgage originators must meet specific criteria in six key categories:  Experience; Results; Education; Ethics; Information Technology; and Commitment to Community.
