The Process

We encourage everyone to invest some time and use this website to learn as much as you can before you apply for a mortgage.  Our goal is to keep you up to date with all the current news, rates, products, programs and more.  There is no need to visit countless websites, it’s all here, and without the bias.

When you are more confident and ready to apply, we encourage you to use one of the advisors registered in our mortgage originators’ directory which crosses all of the bank’s distribution channels (mortgage brokers, mobile bank representatives, and branch bank representatives).  We recommend you speak to at least three mortgage originators, one from each distribution channel, before deciding who you want to work with.

When you are ready to apply, open the profile of your favorite mortgage originator and click on his/her URL link to the “secure” online mortgage application he/she provided.  We strongly recommend you only use a “secure” online application.  The mortgage originator will follow up with you directly to complete the process.
